333rs Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By registering a 333rs account, clicking "I Agree," accessing the platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this document by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 333rs platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 13 below.

Eligibility & Registration

In order to register and maintain a 333rs account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333rs strictly prohibits gaming by persons under the age of 21.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your 333rs account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from 333rs or any other gaming platform with which 333rs operates a shared exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 333rs or any of its affiliated studios, providers, or technology partners.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You may hold only one (1) 333rs account at any time. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

333rs reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time, and particularly before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC issued by the Government of Pakistan. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Management

Upon successful registration, 333rs will assign you a unique account identifier. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your 333rs account and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) when prompted or when available in your account security settings.
• Notify 333rs immediately — via [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Log out of your 333rs account when accessing the platform from a shared, public, or unfamiliar device.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. Each person must hold their own individual account.

333rs accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent such losses arise from our own negligence or deliberate misconduct. Accounts that display signs of unauthorized access will be temporarily suspended pending investigation, and 333rs will cooperate with any relevant legal authorities where required.

333rs reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be inactive for an extended period, that breaches these Terms, or that is associated with fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

333rs processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits: Deposits may be made using any payment method listed as currently accepted on the 333rs platform, including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your 333rs wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 333rs does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 333rs account must be fully verified (CNIC and, where applicable, proof of payment method) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of requesting a withdrawal in your account dashboard.
• E-wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• 333rs reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests before processing, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

333rs will never request your bank PIN, JazzCash PIN, or EasyPaisa PIN. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

333rs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, non-professional recreational use only and may not be used as part of a systematic strategy to generate guaranteed profit.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual bonus terms on the 333rs Rewards page.
• 333rs reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Any wagering in progress at the time of withdrawal of a bonus will be honoured under the original terms.
• Where a deposit bonus is offered, the qualifying deposit must not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, failing which the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.
• Bonuses may be restricted by game type. Certain game categories — such as live casino or specific table games — may contribute less than 100% to wagering requirements, or may not be eligible at all. These details are stated in individual offer terms.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 333rs has systems in place to detect bonus abuse and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of confirmed abuse.
• Free spins, where offered, are subject to a maximum win cap that is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wins above the cap will be voided.

Betting & Gaming Rules

333rs offers two principal categories of gaming product: (a) sports betting, including cricket (PSL and international), football, UFC, and other markets; and (b) casino gaming, including live dealer tables, slots, and game shows. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and gaming rounds are final once confirmed. 333rs does not offer the ability to cancel a placed bet or spin once it has been accepted and processed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or betting event — including disconnections, system malfunctions, or data feed failures — 333rs reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your Real Money Balance.
• 333rs makes no guarantee as to the availability of any particular game, market, or live event at any specific time. Scheduled maintenance or provider-side issues may cause temporary unavailability of certain services.
• Game outcomes for all 333rs RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Results cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
• Sports betting odds are set by 333rs and may be updated at any time up to the point at which a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or restricted at the discretion of 333rs at any point during an event. 333rs accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333rs platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral where appropriate:

• Registering more than one 333rs account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 333rs's services in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in any casino table game, poker variant, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that results in unintended winnings. Such winnings will be voided regardless of whether the exploit was intentional.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the 333rs platform.
• Permitting or assisting a person under 21 years of age to use or access a 333rs account.
• Using the 333rs platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 333rs staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Systematic bonus harvesting — registering accounts or exploiting offers specifically to generate withdrawable profit without genuine gaming intent.

Responsible Gaming

333rs is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools directly within every 333rs account. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and a permanent self-exclusion option.

If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing you or your family financial or emotional harm, we strongly encourage you to make immediate use of these tools. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 333rs platform — including but not limited to the 333rs name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, audio-visual materials, data compilations, and any other material — is the intellectual property of 333rs or its licensed game providers and technology partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your 333rs account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the 333rs platform or its content without prior written permission from 333rs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333rs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 333rs platform.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information or data provided on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed.
• Any loss of data arising from the use of the platform, including betting history or account transaction records, in the event of a catastrophic system failure, provided that 333rs has taken reasonable precautions in the maintenance of its systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 333rs's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 333rs is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at 333rs.pro/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• 333rs collects personal data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• 333rs may share data with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by 333rs and to request its correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

333rs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333rs will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 333rs platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date. Your Real Money Balance will be refunded in full upon account closure in such circumstances.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333rs holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 333rs arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, the following procedure shall apply:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact 333rs customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to our Compliance team. A formal response will be issued within fourteen (14) days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as designated by our licensing authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
